Who is doing the work

Every job on this list is carried out by someone with 15 years in the auto repair industry. That experience is what lets a quote be specific: most faults have been seen before, so the testing goes to the likely cause quickly and the price reflects the real job.

Bringing another shop's quote

If you already have a quote, read it to us or tell us what it lists. We will explain what each item is for, whether the diagnosis behind it sounds complete and what testing would confirm it. Then we can price the same job so you have two numbers to compare.

Sometimes the first quote is spot on. Sometimes a simpler cause turns up. Either way, you decide with more information than you had before.
